Congratulations to Beth Moss, Lead Speech-Language Pathologist in MSD of Wayne Township, the latest PATINS Starfish Award winner!
Nominator, Linda Watkins, has this to say about her: "Beth has dedicated her career to supporting the communication needs of all students. As a speech-language pathologist, Beth understands how critical it is for all students to have a voice and the ability to communicate their wants and needs. In addition to her duties as an SLP, she supports assistive technology throughout the district. Beth spends her time troubleshooting with both technology and Office of Special Services staff members to find ways to maximize the use of AT. She offers training to staff and parents and frequently models the use of equipment with students. She has moved this work forward in all schools, and her impact is evident across the district. We are so thankful for Beth and all that she does for the students and families in Wayne Township!"
