In a crazy world where everyone thinks that they can become a professional photographer, I have continued to grow my business into the 6-figures. That's not a brag but how can I do that when so many are struggling? They are talented, right? They have the latest camera, right? They are actually really good photographers, right? BUT they all lack the same 5 things.
In this video I'm going to share with you and break down my 5 setps, which I apply to this date, which helped me grow my photography business in the current climate.
Step 1. Portfolio
We are going to be talking in-depth about building a virtual business card, a solid brand and also what to do if you currently have no portfolio!
Step 2. Outreach
It's about letting people know you're a great photographer - trust me, that phone's not going to ring with you're dream client at the end, you have to make it happen.
Step 3. Mixed markets and industries
This is so important if you want to become a professional photographer, right now, niches are BAD!
Step 4. Core offering & up sales
To be a professional photographer you need to have an income and make money. This is all about maximizing the value per client so that you require fewer clients and still make a great living.
Step 5. When should I quit my job?
You can't be a professional photographer if you still have a full time job... Here is my experience of knowing when to make that jump!
