Sri Lanka - 8 great reasons to visit
Filming in Sri Lanka over a 6 week period in January and February 2023, I was able to see for myself that Sri Lanka is completely back on track as far as tourism is concerned. Without doubt, economic issues continue to seriously impact local people (sound familiar?) and the country's political future is far from clear but, life goes on and tourism will play a vital part in Sri Lanka's economic recovery. Booking a holiday and spending locally is the best form of support and this video offers 8 great reasons why now is the perfect time to do just that.
In two weeks you can realistically cover maybe 3 or 4 or the key tourist areas but, if you can, stay longer, get more value from the cost of the airfare - you won't regret it.
