This is a test for the measurement of water in the soil, capturing an image when motion is detected.
Before running the code I setup raspberry pi(4 B+) through wifi(moniter-less) and got the Pi desktop displayed to my laptop that's running linux(Ubuntu18.04) through VNC Viewer.
