TL;DW - since csm14, so CCP ePeen claims, CCP has gamed the system to massage the statistics/metrics into them being able to blatantly lie about "everyone's vote counts, look at the numbers!", and of course allowing the null blocs to leverage their numbers to give themselves 50% more voting power. lulz. it's so irrelevant because the system was corrupt enough already
it is a sad and pathetic meta minigame now, where the intelligent among us wonder why we would ever vote to reward those we admire with a visit to meet CCP in person.
