These days it gets harder and harder to feed our families on a budget. I am here to tell you that this is not an impossible task when you have the right tools and knowledge! Today we are revisiting a series I made in the past that really resonates in today's climate. I am going to show you, start to finish, how to get six meals from two roasted chickens. Truth be told, there were a few more than 6 meals. There were plenty of lunches, leftovers and snacks as well! I know that this is a great springboard if you are just getting started on your cooking journey but just as relevant if you are a seasoned home cook! I hope you give all of these delicious ideas a try and I hope they inspire you to come up with a few of your own!
