Loop Animation | DaVinci Resolve
What's better than Loop Animations? Infinite Loop Animations! You can do them real easy in DaVinci Resolve. I show you how you can do simple loop animations using the rectangle and the ellipse nodes, and I also give you a step by step instructions on how you can make unique loop animations using the paint node.
To make a loop animation all you need is the base animation that has the starting and the ending point in the same position. In case that you're using a shape it also needs to have the shape in the same orientation at the start and the end, if you want to have a smooth animation.
Everything is done in the Fusion page, once you have the base animation you simply open the Spline menu, select all the keyframes, right click and set the looping option to Loop.
You can do a lot with a looping animation, it can be used as a smaller element inside a background animation or you can use it as a unique timer.
