When you get to the eyes of a portrait, do you find that you struggle getting the IRIS just right.  Is it round?  Should it be elliptical? When does that change depending on the subjects head angle? How can I change the point of view so that the person's IRIS' are not distorted or contradicting the way their head is turned?
