The director has resigned and the coffers are empty. Only a Swiss buyer seems to be interested in the company and is threatening to lay off hundreds of people among the 1,300 employees. The strike is voted on. Management suspends payment of salaries. Faced with this measure, the strikers decided to work together, without a boss, to sell the watches themselves.
