It's time for another Call to Arms video, but this time not the War of the Worlds mod! We take a look at a different mod entirely and this takes place within the Fallout universe! There are a whole bunch of factions and units to choose from and today we have the NCR defend against the incoming Legion led by Caesar. The amount of units on both sides are the same, but is there a particular side that stands out when it comes to strength in armor and weapons? Let's find out!
