This out of body experience (OBE) meditation is meticulously crafted to help facilitate an extrasensory meditative experience through the use of binaural beats, rhythms, patterns, frequencies, melodies, and a variety of instruments. This 432Hz meditation doesn't repeat itself, it's filled with variations and nuances throughout. As the meditation music progresses, instruments begin to change and overall volume is lowered as soft white noise and brown noise is introduced to help block external distractions.

An out-of-body experience (OBE) occurs when a person perceives themselves as being separated from their physical body. During this phenomenon, one may feel as though they're floating above and observing their body from a bird’s-eye view, or they might experience being in a completely different location.

OBEs are often considered a form of dissociation, where an individual feels detached from their body and surroundings. These experiences are commonly linked to altered states of consciousness, such as those brought on by hypnosis, meditation, sensory deprivation, or NDEs.

In many spiritual traditions, OBEs are seen as evidence of a non-physical aspect of human existence. They are often interpreted as the soul or consciousness temporarily leaving the body. This concept is referred to as astral projection or spiritual travel and is central to various mystical, esoteric, and shamanic practices. However, it's worth noting that these spiritual interpretations lie outside the scope of empirical science and delve into metaphysical beliefs.

To improve the likelihood of having an out-of-body experience, it's recommended to minimize sensory distractions as much as possible. While these following steps are optional, incorporating any or all of them can increase your chances of experiencing it.

Sight: Turn off lights or wear an eye mask to block visual stimuli.
Hearing: Reduce nearby sounds (if possible), or wear noise-canceling headphones.
Smell: Remove any distracting odors or light your favorite incense or candle.
Breathing: Practice deep, steady breathing until you establish a natural rhythm.
Taste: Stay hydrated with water. This will also reduce any stimulation to your tastebuds through dilution.
Touch: Get comfortable, either seated or lying down.
Fasting or having an empty stomach can enhance the effects.

It's recommended to set it to a low, comfortable volume. Headphones are also recommended but not required.

Good luck, and enjoy! 🙏
