Is this a Gas Scam?
I was Pumping gas at the Chevron on Highland and Fountain in LA, and this happened.... I told the manager and they called another manager and still did NOTHING.... they put an "Out of Order" sign on it and told me to come back to speak to the GM...if you Tilt the nozzle down and it starts charging money, Gas or no gas! Tilt it upwards and it stops... If Gas was coming out, multiplied by this little feature - and someone's making a lot of money....
