8 Hours of Sandstorm Sounds | Sand Storm Ambience | desert ambience | Sandstorm Sound Effect | windy desert was recorded in Star Wars Battlefront (c) Dice. To be able to record this I had to buy 2 copies of the game and then set up a local multiplayer game to be able to record without bots or anything else disturbing the recording. A bit tricky but it worked out in the end :)
I captured the video using Nvidia ShadowPlay at 1440p resolution / 60 fps and imported it to DaVinci Resolve and added an adjustment layer to color correct the scene and used a hard limiter + other tweaks on the sounds.
I upscaled the video to 4k during the rendering of the scene. It took around 5 hours and resulted in a 38GB file.
