Completed the level "The Dark Road Home" in this 2D side-scrolling beat 'em up game Shank 2, developed by Klei Entertainment.
The boss for this level is Razor, and avoid the flaming wheels by rolling or jumping. Try to get behind him by rolling and make sure to not get grabbed. At about 75% health, he will fall and grab him by pressing E. This will knock him down to about 30% health and he will then call in two more adds which drop health when killed.
