Open the Word document you need. We have a list of names ready for this tutorial. Select the data you need to sort. Click on the Sort icon under 'Paragraph' block. Check 'Ascending'. Click 'Ok'. Now the data is listed in alphabetical order A to Z. If you want to sort in order Z to A, click on the Sort icon under 'Paragraph' block. Check 'Descending'. Click 'Ok'.
