Portland weather: Bomb cyclone to bring high winds to valley, Oregon coast
Parts of the Oregon Coast and Willamette Valley will see high winds and heavy rain starting late Tuesday afternoon and continuing overnight. A "bomb cyclone" weather phenomenon is expected to bring gusts of up to 45 mph in the Portland area and up to 60 mph on beaches and coastal headlands.
