I also face this problem and i solve it .
I'm Using Windows 10 , Or You Can Goto Control Folder Access then Click on Manage Control folder Access , Then Click on Allow an App through Control folder access then Select the AfterFX.exe
Don't turn off. Your windows defender
Just simply go through "Allow an app through controlled folder access" in Windows defender & then simply click on +Add an allowed app & select the after Effect application in your root directory
That's done!!!!
