Continuing all cups with every racer in Wacky Races Starring Dastardly & Muttley. Penelope Pitstop is OK in this game, but she has an exclusive feature that wears her down and that is the parasol in her car floats when landing from a jump and kills her speed. It doesn't help she is more of a Beginner type racer.
