RB text Editor is an inbuilt text editor in Root file browser. you won't get it unless you already installed Root browser.

UPDATE____2018___JANUARY____ READ 👇

IT'S 2018 now and I see few guys did this mistake. There are few methods to fix this which are not described in this video. Here are few solutions
1- Follow this video
2- Use TWRP or any custom android recovery , Copy your existing build file paste it in phone storage, reboot and edit it then paste it back to system folder and replace the existing one with Twrp File manager.
3. NEW TWRP MAY HAVE AN INBUILT TEXT EDITOR SO THEN YOU CAN EDIT FROM TWRP ITSELF.
4. THIS IS MORE EASIER! I assume you have root access and you have a computer with ADB installed, enable usb debugging in phone, connect to computer, make sure ADB detect our phone, mount system partition of our phone to computer, edit it, push it back to phone
