The most delicious cupcake I've ever made! Simple and delicious! "Mom's" orange pie.
Today I have my mom's delicious cupcake recipe, it's soft, delicious and everyone's favorite.
It is easy to prepare for tea using ingredients that can be found in every home.

Ingredients:
Eggs at room temperature 3 pcs.
Sugar - 140 g (1 glass)
Milk - 200 ml (1 glass)
Unscented vegetable oil - 100 ml (1/2 cup)
Zest of 1 orange🍊
Zest of 1 lemon 🍋
Juice half an orange (I got 60 ml) 🍊
Juice of a quarter of a lemon (I got 15 ml)🍋
Flour - 240 g (2 cups)
Baking powder - 10 g
Vanillin - 5 g
For ease of measurement, I used a 200 ml glass
Mold size 20x30 cm
I baked at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
The exact baking time depends on the features of your oven.
