In this tutorial I go through the techniques required to create a realistic headsculpt. I'll be using Zbrush to modify a model, this is then imported into 3DCoat and textured with the base skin colour and the displacement map.
We then import the model and textures into Maya - render - into photoshop and finalise with some painted/photo details.
