In this Tutorial, I jump into the resolving the issue of creating a form with multiple individualized text boxes. I show you how to go from multiple boxes where the text you enter is the same in every text box to a clean, fillable document that works for you, your clients, or students. Enjoy

NOTE: I am using creative tools. The TOOLS section appear on the right side of the Adobe program when it is open. Let’s dive in.

Below are the Steps BEFORE tutorial begins:

Step 1: Open Adobe Acrobat
Step 2: Open your desired file
Step 3: Confirm document looks the way you desire
Step 4: Find Tool that says “PREPARE FORM”
Step 5: Confirm page to begin preparing form will come up. Select “START” to begin
*It will suggest that form field auto detection is on. This rarely works.
Step 6: Next add a text field.
This is in between the T and the Checkbook
Step 7: Edit the size of the text field you created. This will be the size of each text box when you create multiple text boxes.
Step 8: WATCH TUTORIAL for remaining steps to create a form with multiple individualized text boxes. REMEMBER to manually save your document throughout this process.
