FULL Mesh Tutorial | Beginner Friendly Custom Content (CC) Tutorial | The Sims 4
One of the most asked questions about CC in The Sims 4 on my channel is: "How to make a mesh from scratch?" Well, like always, I tried to make it as simple as possible. After all, it's just a simple table we'll be making. Basic UV mapping and recoloring will also be a part of this tutorial.
MESH in computing represents a geometric object as a set of finite elements.
UV MAPPING is the 3D modeling process of projecting a 2D image to a 3D model's surface for texture mapping.
A DIFFUSE MAP is the most common kind of texture map. It defines the color and pattern of the object.
