Ram Ram bhaiyo , in this video I will tell how we download python package in different pc and save the package in one location than we can use that package offline in other pc without internet and we can install also python package/ libraries offline .

you can use below commands to firstly download python package offline :-

firstly create a folder in your drive than copy that folder location as per path
than press window+R command and write cmd
now one tab will open so write your command there :-
pip download pacage_name -d Path_location

for installation package in pc without internet:-
so firstly copy that folder and paste in your pc than again press window+R and write cmd than one tab will open

now write below command for installation manually:-
pip install package_name --no-index -f path_location

now you can able to install python package offline
