Bushcraft, first time on a packraft! Fishing & Cooking
Walking outdoors, packcraft, fishing, bushcraft - such a busy day will warm you in the cold Ural autumn! I cook an unusual soup on a fire, bake pears with walnuts.
I was transfered into an amazingly place. An evergreen coniferous forest with century-old giant trees, a picturesque pond, golden grass... And also, the first swim on a packraft (this is a light inflatable boat that fits easily into a backpack), fishing, a warming fire and delicious food! And even though not everything went according to plan (I never managed to catch the fish), I had a spare, no less interesting plan! Making a resin fire is a reliable and easy way, especially when there is no birch around. I made a soup from fried pork ribs - it turned out very tasty and satisfying. The dish is simple and quick to prepare, I recommend trying it! For dessert - a pear baked with walnuts and cinnamon - a perfect end to the day!
