How to Select Multiple or Single Files or Folders on a Mac

On a Mac, one can either select files within a range or individual select random files with the use of your mouse and holding certain keys on the keyboard.

A few different ways, here are the top three ways to do this:

1. Hold Command—Click on the files that you want (by far the best method, in my opinion!)
2. Shift-Click on files you want within a range
3. Marquee Selection—Move the pointer over the item, then drag up or down to select
