As creatives we often excel at the execution of the creative work, but crumble when confronted with the task of setting a price for creative services. What's worse, we often struggle with coming up with a price that makes sense, or covers our bases. After all, we don't want to tackle jobs if we're being underpaid and sometimes we over-promise and under-deliver by not having a proper pricing in place.
This simple template has helped me close many gigs over the years and I've used it to plan scope, budgets and deals with design and production teams.
