Hello everybody!! and welcome to another Japan vlog! 😍 In today's video we start our journey in Osaka and like the previous video, we approach travel in a more relaxing way so we order room service and binge Netflix... we watched Singles Inferno S2 and set up our next day completely sleep deprived LOL. The restaurant in the hotel offered amazing views of Osaka and then after some rest, we explore dotonbori and I finish the day off with a full body spa/massage experience in Cenvaree Spa which was also in the hotel (see review below).
Next day we visit Osaka aquarium (of course) where we spot the CUTEST ocean pets and go to admire Osaka castle! the gold on this building is crazy bright and it was just so surreal to see in person!
The following day I completely botch up my bangs because I don't have an ounce of experience with cutting hair... and then off we go to universal studios japan! somebody tell me why I've revisited USJ 2 times and completely didn't explore Disney sea or Disney land? 😀 it was so beautiful when it started snowing in the Hogwarts area AHHA after USJ we made our way to Osaka station because we were so keen to 1. ride a sleeper train and 2. see the sunrise ... on a sleeper train... in Japan!!! but then our train was cancelled because of snowy weather 🌨️ we were worried that we'd have to wait longer than a day but, after a night in a close by hotel, we made our way back to tokyo!
First thing's first, ICHIRAN ramen🍜🥹 thankfully we didn't book team lab planets yesterday because we would've totally missed it! it was an amazing experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it ☺️ following this we tried food at the muji cafe opposite out hotel and met up with Andrew's sister and her friends who were also in Japan, we went thrifting in shimokitazawa and ended the day after Andrew got his next watch!
Cenvaree spa review
Waree was my massage therapist during my stay at Centara Grand Hotel in Osaka and she’s absolutely lovely! She knows exactly where to apply pressure and her service is nothing short of amazing :) She also informed me of what she noticed during the massage and gave me suggestions to help which I found super attentive and caring. This experience has made my stay so much more memorable and I’d be bold enough to say this was my best massage experience yet!! Keep it going Waree! :))
