you must complete 11 steps every single time you retry the glitch
Step 1.) call in the mobile operations center
Step 2.) pull the mark to oppressor out of the semi
step 3.) put the market to oppressor back inside the semi
step 4.) pull the semi Into the Bunker
step 5.) pull the semi outside the bunker
step 6.) the mark to oppressor outside of the semi
step 7.) grabby pedestrian-vehicle shove it up the semis ass
step 8.) hover the mark to oppressor above the pedestrian-vehicle
step 9.) this one requires timing click right on the d-pad five times not too fast but fast enough that you go inside the truck really quick if you get a loading screen black one it did not work 😉 restart the glitch step 1.)
if you load it in quickly and no black screen proceed with the rest of the steps
step 10.) exit the back of the semi on foot
Step 11.) run into your bunker on foot if it spawns you inside of your simmi the glitch worked just exit the semi with or without the oppressor.
this is what not to do
1.) Don't spam right on the d-pad fast
