Steps to Export Exchange Server Mailboxes into MS Outlook PST :
Step 1: Download & Launch Exchange Export Tool
Step 2: Login Using Admin Credentials & Login
Step 3: Allows users to Search mailbox within Sub-domain
Step 4: Preview Mailbox name & Permissions
Step 5: Extract all items like Emails, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, Journals etc.
Step 6: Click on Next button, now select criteria such as category, email filter to export Exchange database to PST.
Step 7: The tool allows you to browse location to save exported PST file
