Go to C:\xampp\apache\conf\httpd.conf

Open httpd.conf

Find tag DocumentRoot "Old DIR Location"

Edit tag to DocumentRoot "New DIR Location"

Now find tag Directory and change it to Directory "New DIR Location"

Restart Your Apache
