How does the Microsoft Unified Support offering affect your business and licensing?
The Unified Support offering is the new motion of selling Premier Support. Microsoft is currently only offering this in selected countries (North America, Western Europe, Australia region). It is a new model for Microsoft, where they align the cost of the Support contract to your licensing spending of on-premises software, cloud services, and cloud consumption. This is important to understand, as it might mean you will be charged massive premiums to what you are used to! The program does not differ that much from the Premier support program, but does offer some new items.
