Abstract:
In this session we will focus on a strategy for an evolutionary migration of a monolith based frontend to a micro frontend based architecture. The main contents of this talk are based on real experiences we faced with some of our customers.

We will share our vision for such an evolutive migration and how we are doing it, from architecture point-of-view to the packaging and deployment.

We also explain why the showcased approach can be useful in the context of a large enterprise, with a lot of legacy code and, how micro frontends may be a first step when moving into a real microservices architecture.

About the speaker:
David has been a professional UI/UX developer for the past 12 years, focusing on making easy to use, snappy user interfaces. Right now he is focusing on making tooling and frameworks for companies to streamline their frontend development.
