Today in my vlog I am doing something I have not done yet. I am reviewing and testing (glucose and ketones) the ALDI L’oven fresh zero net carb bread. I actually do these tests all the time, but I never record it. I have not had bread in almost 11 months so I am a little nervous about how this bread is going to effect my body.
