SelectableText widget provides a lot of useful properties that make it easy to select/copy a text from the App. Consider the example of a user trying to copy a text from your application. How do you allow the user to select/copy it? The normal Text widget does not allow this process, so we jump on to the Selectable Text Widget that came out in the Flutter 1.9 release.
It also allows us to create a RichText also through the SelectableText.rich constructor. All of this is discussed in this video, do not forget to watch it till the end!
