In this video, we are going to install Xampp with PHP 8 version that will also support Laravel 9 and other latest PHP frameworks.

We are going to install Xampp for MAC OS and you can also follow the same steps for Windows and other OS.

Steps to install Xampp for PHP 8 and Laravel 9 -

1) Download Xampp
Download the new and latest Xampp version from https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html as per the OS you are using. We have downloaded Xampp 8.1.1 / PHP 8.1.1 version for OS X (MAC OS)

2) Install Xampp
After download, we will simply install Xampp 8.1.1 / PHP 8.1.1 for OS X (MAC OS)

3) Run Xampp
After install, we will run Xampp as shown in the video.
