Ingredients :-
For boiled kabuli chana :-
Soaked kabuli chana - 250 g.
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 2 cup
For masala paste :-
Chopped onion - 2 (big size)
Garlic - 10 - 15
Ginger - 2 inch
Chopped tomato - 2 (big size)
For curry :-
Mustard oil - 3 - 4 tbsp
Bay leaf - 2
Green cardamom - 3
Big cardamom - 1
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon stick - 2 inch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Lal mirch - 1 tsp
Kashmiri lal mirch - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chhole masala powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaf
Water as required
