Today we'll show you how we build medieval towns in Minecraft for our Minecraft Animated Series, Levaslier.
Welcome back to the 66th Entry of Levaslier Production Diary! The project we'll be working on today is a small medieval town called "Tradebreak", located in Lazuria.
We will be building Tradebreak in Minecraft so it can be animated in Episode 2 of Levaslier.
Tradebreak is a small town near the center of Lazuria and next to Salt Bay. Its name comes from its geographical location being perfect for traders to stop and rest for the night.
Our goals for this town is to make it warm and cozy, so any weary traveler would get a good night's sleep and wish they could stay longer.
Not only are we going to share how we developed our building style for Tradebreak, but we'll also share how we lay out a town and create notable landmarks that players won't forget.
We'll build with story and animation in mind and show you our entire thought process as well.
