How to Restart Esxi Management Services from Command Line
./sbin/services.sh restart
Note: This command stops all services on the host and restarts them.
Use this command as an alternative, to restart all management agents on the ESXi host.
#services.sh restart &tail -f /var/log/jumpstart-stdout.log
Run these commands to start Management Agents:
#/etc/init.d/hostd restart
#/etc/init.d/vpxa restart
root@server root]# chkconfig --list
The output lists all services and their status (on or off) for the specified runlevel.
