In this video I want to talk about how California Legalized Weed. The legalization of weed is getting everyone excited, especially in the state of California.
A lot of people are getting the misconception that just because California Legalized Weed means that you can just walk around and smoke weed all willy nilly and without and consequences. Now, if you haven’t noticed, even though weed is legalized in a few states, specifically Colorado, a lot of people are thinking that even though weed is legal there (and in other states) that you will not be drug tested. Well, even though weed is legal is some states, the federal government requires that you still have drug tests because drug tests are federal programs, not state programs.
A lot of people are getting this misconception, so tune into this video as I break down for you what does the legalization of weed in your state actually means for you. I also talk about the rules, restrictions, selling it, buying it, and everything behind it. Now as you guys know, there are many states that are looking to legalize weed and of course I will be sure to keep you updated on each state and when the decide to do so but I wanted to make this video in order to ensure that you guys know the rules of the whole legalization process.
