Guanxing Highway, also known as Guanling - Xingyi Expressway , is located in Guizhou Province, China. It is one of the four connecting lines in the "two horizontal, two vertical and four connecting lines" of Guizhou Province's highway network planning . Guanling - Xingyi Expressway starts from Guanling County , Anshun City, and reaches Xingyi City, the capital of Qianxinan Autonomous Prefecture
Guanxing Highway was completed and opened to traffic on December 31, 2003. The entire line has 88 bridges, a total length of 114 kilometers, a total investment of 1.89 billion yuan, and 13 tunnels. The Beipanjiang Bridge on this highway was once known as the world's tallest bridge from 2003 to 2005.
Overview
The Guanxing Highway starts from Guanling Buyi and Miao Autonomous County, Anshun City, and reaches Xingyi City, the capital of Qianxinan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. It was completed and opened to traffic on December 31, 2003. The completion of the two high-grade highways, Guanling to Xingyi and Shuicheng to Huangguoshu, not only improved the traffic capacity of Guizhou's road network, but also accelerated the road traffic from the southwest region to Yunnan via Guizhou. The Guanxing Highway connects to the Guizhou section of the Shanghai-Ruili National Highway in the north and the Neijiang-Kunming Railway in the south. The entire line adopts the Class II highway standard with a roadbed width of 12 meters.
关兴公路，即关岭-兴义高等级公路，位于中国贵州省境内，是贵州省公路网规划"二横二纵四联线"中的四联线之一，关岭-兴义高等级公路起于安顺市关岭县，到达黔西南自治州首府兴义市
关兴公路于2003年12月31日建成通车，全线有桥梁88座，全长114公里，总投资18.9亿元，隧道13座，位于此公路上的北盘江大桥，曾于2003-2005年间，荣获世界最高桥梁的美誉。

关兴公路起于安顺市关岭布依族苗族自治县，到达黔西南布依族苗族自治州首府兴义市，2003年12月31日，建成通车，关岭至兴义、水城至黄果树这两条高等级公路的建成，不仅提升了贵州路网的通行能力，也将使西南地区经贵州前往云南的公路交通实现新提速。 关兴公路北联上海至瑞丽国道主干线贵州段，南接内（江）昆（明）铁路线，全线采用二级公路标准，路基宽度12米。
