Theres apparently alot of confusion with the form, so I'll clear some things out.
.Theres a new form (thankfully), that allows you to unlink a specific server psn account
. The form is entirely for the psn account, pc account/ mihoyo account has nothing to do with the form
. The date is when you think you first logged in into the psn account (Does not have to be exact date)
. "Others" in the form could represent skins that you have, or current battle passes or welkin moon you bought. - Apparently for this section, you cannot proceed without filling it, so you fill it as "No in game purchases"
