Turn on Gmail offline on you PC
When network access isn't available, you still can read, write, search, delete, and label email messages using Gmail offline. When a connection is available, Gmail automatically downloads new messages, and sends the messages in your outbox.
To work offline in Gmail, you need Chrome browser version 61 or later. Gmail web offline replaces the Gmail offline Chrome app.
By default, Gmail stores the last 30 days of mail, including attachments. Spam and trash aren't stored.
Turn on Gmail offline
On your computer, make sure you've downloaded Chrome. You can only use Gmail offline in a Chrome browser window, not using Incognito mode.
1. Go to Gmail offline settings.
2. Check "Enable offline mail."
3. Choose your settings, such as how many days of messages you want to sync.
3. Click Save changes.
