Mountain Uni - the HARD way! 😯
MUni at the very technical and mostly rocky Chumash trail in Simi Valley. As luck would have it, I managed to sprain BOTH ANKLES! This happens at about the 1 minute mark. But I kept riding even as the terrain got even more treacherous, mainly because I really wasn't aware of the pain until later when I got home. I do want to emphasize that I don't recommend riding after an injury.
