We’ve all heard the recommendation to walk 10,000 steps a day. But what if you have physical limitations or your life makes 10,000 steps seem impossible? Well, we have good news! A recent meta-analysis collected data from more than 110,000 people and found that health benefits start at just a fraction of that walking goal. In this video, we’ll share how many steps it takes for benefits to kick in and the optimal daily step count for cardiovascular health and longevity.
