Quickparts AutoText is a great feature if you want to put repetitive text in your document, a separate page, or even the header or footer. AutoText is a great way to automatically insert text.

To create an AutoText entry, type a word or phrase, format it, select it and click the Insert tab, QuickPart, AutoText, Save Selection to AutoText Gallery.

When you type the first 4 letters of the AutoText, Word will ask you to press Enter to insert the AutoText.
