I FINALLY HIT 9.99M MAX DAMAGE | Genshin Impact
It turns out that my continuous use of Bennett + Kazuha while stacking my curse makes Instructor, Freedom Sworn, and Nightsoul burst go on cooldown. I also forgot that my optimizer excluded some artifacts and did not include other 2 piece sets.
I've also seen many C0 Mualanis hit the damage cap, but that's with decked-out supports, so I did not bother trying to hit max damage with my burst.
Also, on another note, I got C2 Mualani during this recording, which doesn't increase her damage but makes nuking with her shark bite easier.
