About Dr Olena Edwards:

In addition to working at Harley Therapy, Olena has more than 20 years of experience in the sector, having worked for nonprofit organisations, private clinics, a refugee centre, NHS referral services, and in student counselling.

As Olena trained as an Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapist, she can tailor the processes of acceptance, healing, and future growth for each of her clients. She draws on psychoanalysis, existential/phenomenology, person-centered therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy. She gravitates toward an existential modality, whereby her previous education in linguistics and philosophy greatly informs and enriches her therapeutic work.

Olena has vast experience working with issues of diversity, racial integration, and international study and living.
