Uganda's constitutional court has rejected an attempt to overturn its controversial "Anti-Homosexuality Act".

The law is one of the toughest in the world aimed at LGBTQ individuals. The legislation was challenged by two legal professors who argued that it violated fundamental rights guaranteed by Uganda's constitution.
