2) Russian Twists | 30 seconds
3) Pulsing Lunges (on one leg) | 30 seconds
4) Heel Touches | 30 seconds
5) Pulsing Lunges (on the other leg) | 30 seconds
6) Plank | 30 seconds
7) OPTIONAL Jump Squats | 30 seconds
Repeat 1-6 (or 1-7) one right after the other.
Rest for 90 seconds and repeat for a total of 3x.
